The STON Loading Robot employs a unique loading method where goods are first queued and prepared on a platform. The platform’s chain conveyor section is then pushed into the vehicle, followed by the withdrawal of the chain to complete the loading process. This robot is designed to adapt to the position of the vehicle on the ground, allowing it to adjust in width, depth, and height. As an adaptive loading robot, it is compatible with the majority of vehicles available on the market.

Automatic Vehicle Detection Feature
The robot automatically adjusts its height and width without the need for manual intervention. Using a chain-driven push plate, it efficiently pushes the goods onto the platform for loading.

During the loading process, the robot adapts to the vehicle's height, ensuring smooth and precise lowering to match the vehicle’s body.

The robot completes the loading process in just 2 minutes, quickly entering the vehicle's compartment.
