Before Implementation:The previous system included machinery for transferring workpieces, automated loading and unloading, workpiece cleaning, and chip collection. The parts storage system was primarily used for storing both raw parts before machining and finished components after production. The materials used for the workpieces were AISI 304L stainless steel, with seven different types of parts.

Traditional automated storage systems typically had a delivery time of 6-10 months. However, STON's self-developed integrated drive-control system with a cabinet-free control system significantly reduced delivery time, with some systems ready for delivery in as little as 2 months. This system can reach heights of up to 40 metres and can handle a maximum load of 10 tonnes, offering a robust solution for industries requiring high-performance storage and handling.
