Before Implementation:The client faced challenges due to the heavy weight of their product per pallet and the high volume of loading demands. Relying solely on forklifts and manual labour was no longer sufficient to meet the growing production capacity requirements.

The solution integrates intelligent vehicle position sensing, automated vehicle scanning, and smart design of stacking patterns to streamline the loading process. The system enables the efficient loading of two bags per cycle, achieving 80 bags per hour for rapid and consistent ton-bag loading.

This automated system significantly improves loading efficiency, reduces manual labour, and meets the client’s increasing demand with speed and precision.
